OATS Aquatics Digital Product License Agreement

Copyright Notice

All digital products, including but not limited to 3D models, .3MF files, STL files, CAD files, documentation, images, instructions, graphics, logos, and related content (“Digital Products”) are the exclusive intellectual property of OATS Aquatics and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Purchasing a Digital Product grants you a limited license to use the files under the terms of this Agreement. Ownership of the intellectual property is never transferred to the purchaser.

1. License Grant

OATS Aquatics grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to:

Download the purchased Digital Product.
Store the files on personally owned devices.
Print unlimited physical copies for personal use.
Adjust slicer settings such as scale, orientation, supports, infill, layer height, print speed, and material selection solely for personal printing purposes.
Make minor modifications necessary to successfully print the model for personal use.

This license is granted only to the original purchaser.

2. Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing by OATS Aquatics, you may NOT:

Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute any Digital Product.
Share the files with another individual or organization.
Upload the files to any website, cloud storage service, marketplace, social media platform, repository, or file-sharing service.
Email or otherwise transfer the files to another person.
Redistribute modified or unmodified versions of the files.
Include any portion of the files in another digital product.
Claim the design or any portion of it as your own work.
Remove, alter, obscure, or conceal any copyright notice, logo, branding, watermark, product identification, or embedded identifying marks.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any licensing restrictions associated with the Digital Product.

3. Commercial Use

Unless specifically stated on the product page or covered by a separate written Commercial License issued by OATS Aquatics:

You may NOT sell physical items produced from these Digital Products.
You may NOT manufacture products for commercial purposes.
You may NOT use the Digital Products in any commercial production environment.

4. Ownership

All copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, product designs, documentation, and other intellectual property rights remain the sole property of OATS Aquatics.

No ownership rights are transferred through the purchase of any Digital Product.

5. Updates

OATS Aquatics may update or improve Digital Products at its sole discretion.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a Digital Product does not guarantee access to future revisions or updates.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

All Digital Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, compatibility, or non-infringement.

OATS Aquatics does not guarantee successful printing on every printer, slicer, filament, or hardware configuration.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring proper printer calibration, material selection, and safe operation of all equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OATS Aquatics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, download, use, misuse, modification, or inability to use any Digital Product.

The purchaser assumes all risks associated with printing, assembling, installing, and using any physical object produced from these files.

8. Refund Policy

Because Digital Products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be provided after download or access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property Enforcement

Unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of any OATS Aquatics Digital Product may constitute copyright infringement and breach of this License Agreement.

OATS Aquatics reserves all legal and equitable rights available under applicable law to protect its intellectual property.

10. Acceptance of this Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Digital Product from OATS Aquatics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, access, print, modify, or use the Digital Product.
