Healthy 24k Neocaridina Shrimp

Neocaridina shrimp are the easiest and most popular shrimp found in aquariums. Their vibrant colors make them a favorite for both new and experienced hobbyists. Best used with black substrate for best looking colorful shrimp. Other substrates will make them look dull and transparent. Shrimp will spend most of their time foraging on the bottom of the tank, on decorations like wood and stone, and on plants and mosses.

There is a difference between a 24k Yellow Neocaridina and a Yellow Neocaridina. The 24k will predominantly have the backline (skunk line) and have a more vibrant yellow color.
