Shipping & Return Policy

At OATS Aquatics, LLC, we strive to ensure that your orders are shipped promptly and arrive in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle your orders.

Shipping Carrier:
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping Schedule:

  • All shipments are sent out on Mondays to minimize the time your aquatic animals spend in transit and to avoid weekend delays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed for shipment the following Monday.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times:
USPS delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment.

Live Animal Shipping:
For live freshwater shrimp and other aquatic creatures, we take extra care to package them properly for safe delivery. Please be available to receive your package on the expected delivery day to ensure the health and safety of your animals.

Shipping Areas:
At this time, we ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international addresses or U.S. territories.

Local Area Pick:
Oats Aquatics, LLC is located in Escambia County Florida and we offer a local pickup within the county for surronding areas. Contact support@oatsaquatics.com to arrange Local Pickup.

Important Notes:

  • We do not ship live animals during extreme weather conditions to ensure their safety.
  • All live animal orders are final, and we do not offer returns on live aquatic species unless covered under our DoA Policy.

Returns:
We offer a full refund on all products listed at Oats Aquatics, LLC. We cannot offer a return and refund for live fish and invertabrates.
